If you have problem with cracked feet for long time, don’t give up and try this perfect recipe. It will cost almost nothing; you can find this ingredient in your kitchen.

Be patient and practice this treatment for a couple days and see the amazing benefits.

Needed ingredients:

4-5l warm water

2 tbsp. baking soda

Soft scrub sponge/brush/pumice stone

Standard moisturizer

Lavender essential oil (optional)

Steps of preparation:

First put the baking soda in warm water and mix until blend. If you want to improve and enrich the recipe try with some drops of lavender oil and enjoy the spa-like feeling.

  • Lavender is good because has calming effects and will help you to relax and to enjoy in the scrub.

Soak the feet for about 15-20 minutes, and then with a help of scrub brush, pumice stone or a sponge massage the feet and gently scrub the affected area.

When you are done with scrubbing, apply your favorite moisturizer; our recommendation is coconut or Shea butter. Than put your soaks on.

Do this treatment before going to bed, in order the scrub to act over the night.

Repeat the treatment 1-2 times a week.

When you notice that your feet are recovered, repeat the treatment once or twice a week.

Additional tips:

Use more baking soda and less water until you make a paste if you desire through approach!
